Return & Exchange Policy
Overview :
We aim to make shipping and returns as easy as possible.
We have a 3 – days return policy, which means you have 3 – days after receiving your item to request a return.The claim must be made within 3 – days counting from when order was delivered. The item must be sent back to us within 7 – days following the claim.
Exchange & Return :
Our commitment is to ensure your satisfaction each time you make a purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can simply exchange or return the product.
It usually take 3 – 5 days to complete the online exchange and return process after it has been verified.
Customers are responsible for courier charges incurred during the exchange and return process due to change of mind or for any other reason.

If the item(s) received by us are stained, worn, perfumed, or have been altered from their original condition, we reserve the right to reject a claim for exchange, and the buyer will not receive compensation in such cases.
Please note the following regarding delivery charges:
Actual Delivery Charges: The actual delivery cost is Rs. 300 per shipping.
Promotional Delivery Charges: We charge Rs. 200 as a promotional rate to our customers.
Return Package Expenses :
In case of a return, customers are responsible for sending the item(s) they wish to return back to us.
The actual delivery charges of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the total order amount before processing the refund. This ensures that the cost of delivery is covered, as the discounted rate of Rs. 200 is promotional and does not reflect the actual cost of delivery.
Damages & Issues :
Kindly check your order upon reception and inform us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Remember, You can claim within 3- days after receiving the order.
Refunds :
After we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you about the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Eligibility :
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address of our Distribution Facility Center, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items :
We do not offer exchange or return on custom-made items e.g. Abayas, Customized Namaz Chadar, Embellished hijabs because these are customized items specifically for the said customer.
Incase, the customer claims Return Or Exchange about the product after expiry of the claim time period, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the claim, incase of acceptance of claim, you’ll get refund for 70% of the Purchase Price.
