Delivery Time within Karachi is 2-3 working days.
Delivery Time for outside Karachi is 3-6 working days.
Shipping rates are Flat Rs. 250/- All Over Pakistan.

If you refuse a parcel upon delivery after confirming your order, you’ll be responsible for paying the delivery charges. Furthermore, you won’t have the option to use Cash on Delivery (COD) in the future. Refusal to pay the delivery charges may result in your details being included in a database for fraudulent clients.

All measurements are approximations. We measure one piece from each design. Therefore, kindly allow for a 2-3 inch margin in the mentioned measurements to account for potential manual errors.

You must initiate an exchange claim within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at clothifydotpk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0333-2065946 us mentioning your order ID, reason of exchange and the items you want to send back.
Once approved, please send the exchange items back at the provided address. The items should reach us no later than 7 days after your request has been approved.
After inspection, we’ll issue a voucher worth 70% of the item’s purchsed price, Which cab be applied to any of your future purchases.
Customers are responsible for any courier charges incurred during the exchange process due to change of mind.
